Making Featured Images Bigger

Is there a way to make the thumbnail images bigger on the index page of a blog using the Rakiya theme? We haven’t yet launched this theme on our blog. We love the overall looks of this theme for our blog we just would really like to make our thumbnail pictures a bit bigger than they are now as they show up kind of small.
