Making new posts show up as drafts in a second WordPress blog

Hi,

How would one go about doing this?

The idea here would be to set up a workflow as follows: there will be a main blog in english, as well as a second blog in french on a separate server. This second blog receives posts from the main blog as drafts that will later be translated manually.

Is there a plugin that could facilitate this? If not, any ideas as to how to approach this problem?

Additionally, the categories in the second blog would be in french, but each french category would have an english equivalent. How could the different category names be addressed when sending posts from the main blog?
