How do I make the page where my posts are listed private?

I have chosen a static page as my front page and chosen a specific page to show all the posts – y’know bloglike for news and stuff…

The shortcodes works fine on all my normal pages (and individual posts) but when I use the shortcode on the page where my posts are listed it doesn’t work. I can’t even apply WP’s own private features, which make me believe that I should make the page private somewhere else, but where?

    Thanks in advance.

Probably I didn’t correctly understand the intention of what you want to do, but consider that this plugin was not created to hide an entire post or to make it private (to do it, use the WordPress functions). This plugin can hide a portion of a post to all except those who have the rights to read it.

You’re right. I think I’m posting this topic in the wrong category. I’ll try again somewhere else …
