Making Reservation

  • I’m trying to add the reservation on”Report and Booking” tab on Hotel booking calendar.
    I choose 1/1-5/20 to make reservation and I’m sure the rooms are available on those days. However, the error “Schedule date was not found” was shown on the screen and I couldn’t make reservation.
    If I try 1 night only for those days, it is possible to make reservation.
    Do you have any suggestion?

    Report and Bookingにて、Hotel Bookingのカレンダーから、1/1-5/20で予約を入れているのですが、「Schedule date was not found」というエラーが出て予約が入れられません。
    HP上のカレンダーから予約を入れても同じエラーが表示されてしまいます。
    日程的には予約可能なはずなので、原因がわかりません。
    もしお分かりになればご教授いただけないでしょうか。よろしくお願いいたします！

    Additional informaion.
    I tried many different date.
    If I tried the date with March, the reservation can’t make it with the error “Schedule date was not found”

    Of there is any idea, please advise me.

    違う日程で試してみました。
    3月の日程をいれると前期を同じエラーが表示されます。
    カレンダーの問題かと思い、新規でカレンダーを同じ内容で作り直し
    同じ日程で予約を入れてみましたが、同じエラーが表示されました。

    どなたかお分かりになる方、ご教授よろしくお願いいたします。
