Making text under photo clickable

How can I make the text (and if possible also the photo on the homepage) clickable to the concerning page?

Hi @skate40 you should be able to make the post featured image link to the post using the block’s settings as shown in the article below:

For your Post Excerpt you can add a link under the text, to do this first enter preferred text on the Add "read more" link text section as shown in the screencast below:
