Making textarea more responsive

Hi,

Is there a way to make the textarea more responsive so that it shrinks as the screen size shrinks?

If you go to https://completepmo.com/hire-us/ the “Project Summary” field looks great in a web browser, but on a phone it overlaps the box it’s supposed to be inside.
