making the admin dashboard multi-lingual, language chosen by each author

Is there a way to make it so each author of a site can pick the language they see?

It’s a travel website and the authors are from different countries, many that don’t have english as their first/official language.

I would like let’s say an author from Macedonia to be able to choose Macedonian or English, someone from Croatia, Croatian or English, Someone from Ecuador Spanish or English.

Is it possible? I don’t want the Ecuadorian author to choose Spanish and it changes for all other authors, just for her.
