Making the Posts move independently of the background

  • Hopefully this makes sense –

    I am trying to figure out how to make it so the background DOES NOT move up and down just the area where the actual posts are. I have only seen a few sites that have this, but being that I have seen a few sites that have this I know it’s possible. Thanks in Advance
