• Hello!

Just a quick question… I’m (successfully!) adding posts, and making them look gorgeous on my front-page. Was wandering if there was any way to make them appear in a specific order? I’m probably being impossibly stupid, so thanks in advance!

Posts are ordered by date, most recent first, so the easiest way to do this without coding is to edit the dates on your posts to appear in the order you want.

I *thought* that was the case, and started to work backards (if that makes sense!) but the most recent post went to the last position/end place.

Ensure you have no posts marked Sticky as those will appear first regardless of date. Then you can edit the date/time for each of your posts to appear in the order you want. I’m not sure how the most recent post would appear last — maybe you have a plugin installed to order Posts? Not sure, but WordPress will always list the most recent posts first unless there are Sticky posts to display.
