Just a heads up to the plugin Developers – this is a great plugin, but if the ‘row start’, ‘column break’ and ‘row end’ fields are out of order or do not have matching fields (i.e. there is a ‘row start’ but no matching ‘row end’), updating the form will seem to fail silently.

A Javascript ‘gfmc is not defined’ error will happen and the form fails to save without any type of user warning. After a lot of investigating possible problems with Gravity Forms and/or Theme or plugin conflict issues I discovered it was a ‘row start’ matching ‘row end’ field issue.

If there’s any way to give users a heads up about row and column field mismatches, that would be very helpful.

    Hi @deeholzman,

Sorry for the delay in responding. Some logic had been inserted to identify when row starts and row ends count did not match, but as you have rightly identified, this does not appear to be working correctly.

We will look to create a fix for this. Thank you very much for identifying it and for letting us know.

    Wishing you a wonderful day.

    Kind regards.
