    Greetings. In one of my courses the “Complete lesson” button works poorly (it only happens in one; in the others it works fine). When the student presses the button, instead of taking them to the next lesson, it takes them out of the course and takes them to the “Courses” section of “My Account”. The difference between this course and the rest is that it is an atlas of exercises and has many lessons (400) since each one corresponds to an exercise sheet. It can be fixed? Or, can I even remove that button from the lessons of this course, but without removing it from the lessons of the other courses? How do you do that? Thank you.

    We would like to investigate and test this issue out. However, we do not have any test instance with 400 lessons in a single course.

    Deric, I don’t know if the previous message reached you through the correct channel. From the link you have given me, when I send the message, I get the following: “An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again”

    We’re sorry to hear about this error – we’ve been having some hiccups with the contact form and we’re trying to figure it out.

    Meanwhile, can you try to submit your request again by using the same form, but a different browser and a different option? For example, upon testing the form that worked for me on Chrome, I selected “Something Else” under the How can we help? prompt.

    Let me know how it goes, and if you get stuck at any step, just let us know, and we’ll be glad to help.

    Greetings. I’m sorry. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, but the form and the chat take me back to the same form. It always gives the error, so I can’t open the ticket. Can’t I do it by email?

    Hello, and thank you so much for your patience!

    We were able to reliably reproduce this problem when submitting the form from https://senseilms.com/es/contact/ (i.e. Spanish language), but not when submitting from https://senseilms.com/contact/ (i.e. English language). Your video was very helpful to us, so thank you for recording it and enabling us to resolve this issue.

    You should now be able to submit support tickets via the SenseiLMS.com site.
