Malicious == intended to cause undesired effects, security breaches or damage to a system. This is very suitable for the situation you have created since v5.2.15. For three domain zones (not only Russian by the way), your plugin simply stopped working, and as a bonus, you also decided to add a banner to domains in these (RU, SU, BY) zones with a link to your site. For what for? What problem did you solve this way by adding this useless code to the plugin?
Don’t get me wrong, but your views and beliefs failed to pass the “dollar” test this time, and the stated position on the political situation turned out to be less important than your commercial project. Kinda obvious, but it is not entirely clear why and for what for it was done in the first place.
