Malicious code in readme.txt?

    I just received a warning from my host regarding an infected file in the Enlighter folder:

    “Total Files infected: 1. Showing max 20:
    hbxxxxxxxx/[domain.com]/wp-content/plugins/enlighter/readme.txt: Spamvertizing_Generic.37.StSec.CQ.UNOFFICIAL FOUND”

    Any clues what this could be? (I’ve masked the domain info to not invite attacks.)
