I just checked your website: [ deleted ] and it looks like the conveythis widget was installed correctly and worked nicely. In fact, our records show that 730 words from your website were successfully translated to Spanish.
Why are you blackmailing us saying that nothing works? Only because you have switched to gtranslate and got more languages free of charge? This is ridiculous. Very undeserved feedback for our hard work!

What else can we reply!? Nothing irritates me more than when you spend two years developing a useful plugin for WordPress, and some random Pedro leaves you a 1 star feedback! So generous! Thank you!!!

Take a deep breath: this isn’t LetterBay or Greek Name Sounding Online Super Store. You do not have to get a perfect score in the reviews. In fact a perfect score makes the reviews pointless. Feedback is to help your plugin or you as an author.

This review is feedback. While it’s not particularly useful, it is still that. How well you reply is much more valuable than any 1 star. People do read the reviews and the replies so please consider that before you get upset.

You can reply in anyway that you choose as long as it is not abusive. Your reply is not abusive at all, but you may not have presented yourself in the best way.

Yes, people, please read it first. Negative reviews receive 10 times more attention than positive ones. I want you to be fair to us. That’s all. If you don’t understand something, just contact support. We check emails even on weekends. Don’t just login to WordPress and leave the ungrounded BS feedback. It’s not cool.

Don’t post your link to your plugin, that has nothing to so with this review. I’m going to address a few points then I’m closing this review from further comments. It’s gone far and wide away from a review.

That’s unfortunate but that’s up to you. If you want users and potential upgrade customers to see you replying badly and Not Cool™ then that’s your choice. Historically that’s not been a way to convert users but again, that’s how you want to proceed.

No, you are not. At least not here you aren’t. There is nothing for sale here on this site. You are a volunteer here giving up your own time to support users (not customers) on this site.

Your customers when found will have their topics closed and directed to your site.

“Fist in my hands”? Really? That’s the visual you want your users to see? Again, that’s on you.

I am exceedingly fair. These are not your reviews, they are not my reviews. They belong to the person who posted it and the community. If the review was abusive then it would get archived and the reviewer would get an email from the forums. This review is not that.

It appears you do not understand what the reviews here are for. They are not for your marketing and if you are trying to make a living from any code on this site then you are making a Titanic level business mistake.
