Mailpoet premium and free version

  • Hello, I need more information. I don’t understand some points on the mailpoet features page.

    Free version : Free plan to send unlimited emails to up to 2,000 subscribers
    Premium : Yes, for up to 500 subscribers

    Why Premium version have less subscribers capacity here ?

  • We added the sending on top, so yes it’s a little confusing for the historic users like yourself ??

    You can use MailPoet with any sending service you like in the new version too. We usually recommend SendGrid or Amazon SES.

    Note that if you purchase our Agency license, all plans not only include Premium features but you get free sending with us if your lists are under 500 subscribers.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
