Our plugin contains strings found in approximately 900 malware variants. The purpose is to perform comparisons and, in doing so, detect and protect our users’ websites. There’s no need to worry about this. If any antivirus software detects the presence of these strings, it’s a normal occurrence.

The addition of an email field in the login form is a way to thwart brute force attacks. If you whitelist your IP on settings page, the system stop to request email to you. This is explained in detail on our Read Me page on WordPress. Additionally, on our FAQ page, you can find information about the presence of signatures in the “ruler.txt” file. We recommend reading our WordPress page for more detailed information.
