malware?

My server got lots of time out error 500 recently so my sys-admin looked into it. He found this:
“The scan has been completed with the below malware hits :
{HEX}base64.inject.unclassed.6 : /home/__/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpematico/app/settings_page.php
…..”Any suggestion?
