Malware alert for MAILPOET 3 files
-
Hi Mailpoet support,
it is a pity that I have not received any response to my 2 previous topics concerning ongoing fatal errors caused by Mailpoet 3 when I try to update your plugin, and the issue that Mailpoet 3 is unable to run on a site with basic authentication.
I give it another try as this is really a serious issue and will lead to my quitting Mailpoet if it can not be resolved.
My hosting company had sent me an alert about anti-virus screening and several files fropm the Mailpoet plugin are considered malware.
In the suspicion of a hacking I had first deleted all files of the plugin and restored an earlier and safe version of the plugin. But today I get that alert again, so I would like you to look into your files and check why they get filtered by malware scanners.
The error report lists the following files:/wp-content/plugins/mailpoet/vendor-prefixed/sabberworm/php-css-parser/lib/Sabberworm/CSS/CSSList/CSSBlockList.php: phpnet.php.GenericMalware.3
/wp-content/plugins/mailpoet/vendor-prefixed/twig/twig/src/Environment.php: phpnet.php.GenericMalware.3
/wp-content/plugins/mailpoet/vendor-prefixed/twig/twig/src/Test/IntegrationTestCase.php: phpnet.php.GenericMalware.3Please kindly respond with some solution to this issue.
