It’s a mystery. I use Wordfence, too, and I received the same notice. If you scroll down your image you will see there is a link in WF to “see how this file has changed.” It will show you a before and after. I did this and concluded that the change was the result of an update
In the first instance, shortcodes-ultimate.php was changed on line 9
Text Domain: shortcodes-ultimate was changed to Text Domain: su
in the next instance the readme.txt file was changed, and you can see that it says the Text Domain change was part of the last updates. What I don’t get is that the modified files in my site seem to be undoing the changes made by the update.
These changes were all made 28 days 7 hours ago from the time of this writing.
I seem to have reverted the changes to the update. Not sure how that happened. About that time, I was attempting, not very successfully, to make a backup copy of my site with the Duplicator plugin so I could migrate to another server. I haven’t seen any negative effects, but perhaps it would be best to delete and re-install the plugin.
@myroxie: Did your changes also go backward?
