Malware in Database???

During my routine backups, I download the databases of the sites I manage. Few days ago, Windows Defender said the database of one of the sites contained a virus or malware and prevented it from being downloaded. I have been checking this site with a bunch of scanners (external and plugins) and cannot find anything out of the ordinary — just Windows Defender says the database contains something….

I have Wordfence installed, but I think that does not scan or monitor databases. Could this be Defender thinking some piece of the database is harmful when it isn’t?? What would you recommend to scan the database?? How do I find out if there is truly something harmful in the database and remove it??

Any help pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated!!
