    When upload your official plugin with cPanel there is an alert
    “Il file caricato, optinmonster.zip, contiene un virus, pertanto il caricamento è stato annullato: YARA.SP_41_20190221_php_malware.UNOFFICIAL FOUND”

    is real there are some malware in the code…

    Thanks so much for reaching out. I’m sorry you’re having trouble today.

    Did you install the OptinMonster plugin from within your WordPress installation by visiting Plugins>Add New, then searching for OptinMonster to install it directly from the www.ads-software.com repo?

    Or, have you downloaded the plugin somewhere else and then uploaded it?

    Hi again @7esse,

    We received another report of this earlier today that included more details about the file flagged as malware that allowed us to investigate more directly. Fortunately, the malware notice is a false flag. We’re working on getting in touch with the anti-virus software that flagged it so that we can get the warning removed, but rest assured there is no malware in our plugin. The alert is an error on the part of the anti-virus software. I’ll follow up again as soon as I have more information to share.

    Noting again that our plugin does not contain any malware. Rather, it is an error on the part of the malware scanner.
