    Hello dear RA team,
unfortunately my site is still in a bad state, although I have updated the plugin and have also run a malware scanner over it. It still reminds me that the source code is infected and that it is due to Royal Addons.

I have bought your licence and would like you to help me as it is your responsibility and I am taking a big risk with you if my database is constantly under attack.

The Search Console also shows me that thousands of pages are not being indexed. However, I only have around 20-40 pages. How can this be rectified without too much effort?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @miesegrafiker

First, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well.

We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

P.S. Please don’t forget to mention the support URL from www.ads-software.com

    Kind regards

The developers contacted me briefly and did not offer a solution.
In the meantime, this has all happened again:

+300 new infected data on +10 domains. The malware from Royal Addons continues to gain access to EVERYTHING through one page. This is just a collective damage for a paid licence and i feel f**ked. I’m going to put on some lipstick the next time?

As you can see there is no issue with our plugins, it might be that some your files are infected and they have infected our plugin file and that why you have problems, our plugin is clean and safe, we are testing it daily

    Kind Regards,
    Nick
