Malware on my site give a popup and redirect to other URL

ANONYMOUS ACTIVITY Private and Financial Data is at RISK: . Your credit card details and banking information . Your e-mail passwords and other account passwords . Your Facebook, Skype, AIM, ICQ and other chat logs . Your private & family photos and other sensitive files . Contact Apple Care at ( +1-888-637-4678 )Sometimes I see different popup about Microsoft etc., they all appear few seconds after site is open. First it happened only on mobile, now its also happening on desktop. I use mac, and first thought that its a Mac problem, I did malware scan and deleted all suspicious files.
But I still had issue after that.I did malware scan of the site with Anti-Malware from GOTMLS plugin, it also found some file which was repaired, but after reload same thing happened.
