malware or virus infection

  • I am in a real bind at the moment. Some people are unable to access my site because it is being blocked by antivirus software. I just finished chatting with a Sitelock representative who told me it would cost me $300.00 to clean my site or $40.00/month for a 6 month contract. I keep all of my plugins up to date and I am using the all in one WP security plugin. I’m not sure what to do. I have many files on my hosting site and according to the rep, they may be all infected so I would not be able to download them. They are mostly pdf and mp3 files.

    I’m not sure what to do at the moment. Please advise!!!!
