malware removal from blog,

I’m a novice, have an antivirus plugin installed and yet it appears malware or a virus has infected my website. Each time I click on my blog, this message “successful blocked access to a potentially malicious website 46.252.130.6” shows from my malware protection Malwarebytes. How do I remove this problem from my blog? Giant thanks for your help!
