Malware Scan Not Working

    Hi

    I’ve just installed your plugin and am spending some time setting everything up.

    I have an issue with the malware scan not starting. When I click on ‘Run Scan’, the wheel just goes round and round.

    I’ve tried disabling all other plugins, increasing the php memory limit and clearing all cache, but no change.

    I have a copy of the source code when it’s running, if that helps.

    Sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue.

    Does the website have a firewall enabled for this website? Could you please whitelist the following IP and check if that helps to resolve the issue?

    Fixed by adding recommended IPs into anti-spam/security firewalls.
