Malware/Spam Popups in my wordpress site

I get occasional complaints from my website visitors that they are getting weird popups offering free phones etc. I have had GoDaddy (my hosting provider) look into it and every time they tell me everything is fine, but I keep getting complaints.

I personally have not experience dit but I have to believe that if I am getting these complaints from multiple people, it must be true.

Any suggestions on how to go about remedying this? I am savvy enough to build a good site but maybe not so savvy to fix this issue myself LOL. I don’t even know how someone could have gotten access to do this.
