If your hosting providers have suspended your account then you need to be having this conversation with them.

    Thanks Andrew

Yes, I did. They recommended 3 options, 2 options were purchasing softwre, and the other one was using the malware.txt file to remove the.

    I have a clean back-up files.

If your website is infected with malware then you need to have professionals help with detecting it, clean the website (and do it offline, since it seems your hosting provider suspended it) and then reinstate it online.

If your host recommended buying software or clean it yourself and you’re not comfortable doing it alone, there are always external website security companies who do this every day. I recommend trusting them as this is their job.

Security should not be a DYI project.
