Manage Album problems

    Hi

    Ive been using NextGEN Gallery on our site with no problems for years now.

    Today all of a sudden when I try and use the Manage Albums page and select an album to manage it will not go to the album and instead displays a blank page.

    I only have one album, but it won’t go to it.

    I’ve tried in Safari, Firefox and Chrome…

    Please help.

    Let’s check if it is an existing conflict with another plugin or theme.
    1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
    2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
    3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    I tried all of the above steps but the problem remains. Still blank page instead of Album page.

    I only have 2 other plugins active and it was neither of those.
    Tried using Theme Twenty Nineteen and it still happened.

    Any other ideas.

    I would hate to stop using NextGEN after using it for years :0

    Hi @sessomy1971,

    We need to have a closer look at the problem.
    We may need to deactivate plugins and switch the theme while troubleshooting temporarily. Would you feel OK with that?. If so, please report this issue as a bug using this form: https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/. Be as specific as possible and let them know Mihai referred you.
