Need Plugin Solution: Manage and send to newsletter subscribers

i am using wp 2.3

Issue:
Email newsletter form is live on my website (which captures users name, sex, email, age, location, likes/dislikes) (not a simply widget box where the user use put in their email address)

At the moment when ever a subriber signs up i get one email, its hard to manage and sort. I need a back end solution on wp admin so i can manage all the newsletter signs ups entry fields on the backend plus be able to tick/edit which users to send out to.

Can you please provide suggest a a plugin solution that is available now? will subsribe2 work? (im not tech savvy so anything that is needs php coding etc… is no good)
