Manage cookies button shortcode

    Hello,
    I would like to ask you if there is shortcode that could be used in template etc to echo link/button and after click on this link/button would cookie popup show up again?
    I was trying [cmplz-revoke-link] but it only revoke cookies and cookie popup doesn′t show up.
