Manage custom buttons?

    Hello, I’m wondering if there is some way to manage and order custom buttons using your plugin. I have a number of buttons registered in my functions.php theme file. Currently they simply get added on after the existing buttons. Is there a way to have them appear among the button options in the Editor Settings? Thank you!

    There used to be. Not any more as some users would remove buttons added by other plugins and then complain to the other plugins’ authors that their plugin is not working ??

    If you want to hide some buttons in some cases, best is to make a small plugin to filter the toolbars arrays from PHP.

    Also, moving your “hacks” from functions.php to a custom plugin will be a lot better and easier to maintain ??
