Manage enqueued JS files has files from deleted Plugins

Hi,

I just have a question and I hope I am at the right place. I am using wp minify and when I go to the Manage enqueued JS files page, I can see that there are files in there from plugins I’ve deleted ages ago (same for css files). I am really wondering, where that comes from? And how to change it. I understand, that I can manage it in wp minify, but the best solution would be to get rid of them (and I was hoping not to dequeue them one by one)
