    Hi,
I was checking my website from mobile and noticed that the font is rather different.
I guess this is an automatic formatting to fit mobiles better but sometimes is quite ugly.
do you know how to manage that?
    Thanks,
    Jacopo

  • Hi Jacopo!

I’ve just pulled up your site, and it looks like it’s failing to load any of the theme CSS at all – did you recently add or change anything? Install a plugin or change your CSS perhaps?

If so, I would recommend you undo those changes until you determine which one is responsible for disabling your site’s CSS. You can also double check under Customize > Additional CSS, and make sure the box for Don’t use the theme’s original CSS. is not checked.

Once that’s sorted out, I can look at the mobile font Rebalance should not be changing fonts at different screen sizes, unless there is something else in place making that happen.

    Hi Chad,
maybe i was doing some maintainance. It should be ok now. At least i can visualize my website properly boht on desktop and mobile.
Regarding the fonts I made some changes and now it is better. I was using cursive which looks ok on desktop but too fancy on mobile. Now I have simple Verdana and it’s fine on both devices.
    Thanks for your help!

    You’re welcome!
