Manage Galleries Page Constantly Reloading

I have gone through many of the support tickets and found no resolution.

Tried so far:
– Deactivating all my plugins
– Tried switching themes
– Tried deleting and re-uploading Nextgen Gallery plugin.

At this point I am just not sure what to do. When I go to this page:
(my domain)/wp-admin/admin.php?page=nextgen-gallery
Everything loads perfectly fine. But when I go to:
(my domain)/wp-admin/admin.php?page=nggallery-manage-gallery
The page just continuously refreshes with a piece appended to the string, resulting in a 414 Error, because the URL is too long.
