    I’ve migrated 301 Simple redirects and pretty links to Betterlinks and now I’m not able to access control panel. When I click on Manage Links or Analytics, the screen is loading all the time and nothing happens.

    Hi @macalic,

    Sorry to hear that. Can you please check your browser console and share a screenshot of the error you are getting?

    Besides, you can try deactivating BetterLinks and try activating again as well. Let me know how it goes.

    If that doesn’t work, please check for plugin conflicts by deactivating all the plugins except for BetterLinks and try again.

    If I deactivate the plugin, do I loose my redirections links already created?

    No, you won’t lose your redirections if you deactivate BetterLinks and reactivate it again. Don’t worry.

    Hi again,

    I’ve tried to deactivated all plugins but better links, but issue still remains.
    I’m not able to access to Better Links Manager.

    What can I do?

    @macalic,

    It’s possible that Rest API is blocked on your end by your Server. Can you please check your Security tool and enable Rest API & check back?
