Manage Page not found; the slash after /comment-subscriptions/ disappears

    Hello, I’ve used this great plugin in other sites with little issues.

    But now I’m getting a page-not-found when going to the management page on a new site.

    So far, what I can tell is that for some reason, in both Chrome and Firefox, when I click on management link, the slash after /comment-subscriptions/ disappears.

    So 

    s/comment-subscriptions/?srp=1921

    becomes 

    s/comment-subscriptions?srp=1921

    Any help would be appreciated.

    The only thing different about this site is that it uses RTL language and the permalink contains RTL script.
