Manage Plugins in a Network

    Hi,

    I’m looking for a Plugin to manage the access to plugins. Like I can do this with Themes in a WP Network.
    I want to disable a Plugin for all sites except one but the other plugins should be available for all users.
    Do you know any Plugin for this?
