Manage settings popup link not working from popup content

    Hi, I’ve set up your plugin and use a popup to display legal stuff > go to the footer to find the “legal” link @ mathieuweemaels.be.

    When one opens the popup we find the essential delivered links on the top of the page. The first link is the default settings link found in the Cookie bar.

    See screenshot @ https://share.getcloudapp.com/WnuJQOQ5. You can see that the “do not sell my data” is working and displays its popup over mine, but the settings popup is not triggered when clicking the link.

    NB: to ensure that it’s not a mistake on my side, the link uses the shortcode [cookie_settings].

    Hi @tdechangy,

    We have analysed the reported scenario. Since the class of [cookie_settings] is added dynamically here, it will not work as per our current javascript functions.

    We can update that in upcoming release by modifying the click functions.

    I didn’t notice directly because thought that I was able to do it once, but the “remove all cookies” button seems also not working correctly. It reloads the page but cookies are still there and the Cookie-bar is not shown back.

    Hoping you’ll be able to update this asap for best UX (not sending to annoying GDPR pages).

    Hi there,

    I enjoy the idea that you would update the code to make it work in more situations as explained. Can you just give some ETA so that I know what to do and tell to clients pls ?

    If we can make legal content one step easier by using popups instead of new page load it wont harm anyone ??
