Manage Staff and Parents for small school

  • Hi there,

    I need to create a ‘password’ protected area on a primary school website, that allows different Group levels of FREE access. Staff, Parents Year 1, Parents Year 2, etc…

    Each Group will have the appropriate information available to them.

    My question is:

    I think I have seen here, that I could create a FREE membership level, and then create sub groups of that level to create Parent year groups. Will I be able to create registration forms for each FREE sub group to allows parents to register.?

    Also, is there are short code to allow me to display content on public web pages.? IE – 20 PDF documents, 5 I want to tag as public, the other 15 divided between various groups available via login.

    In regards to your second question, can you elaborate further what you mean. Can you provide an example of what you are trying to achieve.
