• The Manage Subscriptions page on our site is only showing to logged in users when I use the [mailpoet_manage_subscription] shortcode. If I click on the Manage your subscription link in emails the page is visible but get the following message “Log in to your account?to update your email.” instead of the normal Mailpoet message. I can’t find the reason for this. I have tried disabling all other plugins. I have check for additional CSS in the theme setting. I have tried a different theme. I have checked the functions.php file but no luck. Any ideas where this might be coming from?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out!

This odd! They should be able to manage their subscriptions regardless of being logged into their account or not.

Can you please send us a copy of the details in MailPoet > Help > System Info?

Please make sure to remove sensitive details like you email addresses before sending it over to us.

    Thanks!
