manage with live preview produces error

  • I have installed Elementor Pro and I installed the webdev sidebar magaement plugin and it instructed to turn off accessibility mode. So I did.

    I don’t know if that has anything to do with this problem, though, which is
    When I go to APPEARANCE and Select WIDGETS I just see the available widgets on the left in two rows but no sidebar to drag them to.

    The site home page does not have a sidebar but pages underneath do and I want to customize each.

    When I click on MANAGE WITH LIVE PREVIEW I get a blank screen except at the top left that looks like this.

    what’s up with that. I’ve tried a couple other widgets includiong the genesis simple sidebars and same issue persists

    I have deactivated Elementor (free and licensed pro) and any of the sidebar widgets I’ve tried and the eroor noted above continues to occur.

    what must I do to be saved?
