manage woocommerce orders but NOT settings

Hi. the capability manager enhanced is working well; it restricts the user from seeing anything except woocommerce. i’d like the user to see orders only but not the woocommerce settings. when i have ‘manage woocommerce’ unchecked, i get an privs error and no dashboard. When i turn on ‘manage woo’, I can see too much. Is there a setting you can suggest. I have a level of 5 selected, by the way.
