Managed to get it worked!

There was an initial issue with the plugin. Buttons didn’t showed up, other parts of the website backend were broken (I did test it on a fresh site and the issue doesn’t appeared there)

The developer / support team was helpful and after like 20 email exchange they modified the plugin like 4-5 times.

Everything -as for now as I see no issues- everything is solved and works!
