Management is the problem with this plugin

  • I don’t usually give negative reviews, but I had the pleasure of dealing with management and I have to say wow. While using their plugin I wanted to upgrade to what it calls the pro option. When I went to their site there was no pro option. They have changed their marketing plan but did not update it on the plugin. When I inquired, it took 5 days of responses to confirm this. I was inquiring about the lifetime plan, after telling me that i needed to subscribe to the business lifetime plan, they deleted the option off their page. This is a basic plugin with any useable options stuck behind a paywall. This plugin will be obsolete soon as they are greedy and don’t seem to understand that this plugin is not a required plugin, with many competitor options available, why would someone commit to a yearly fee for this I can not understand, a 1 time fee would make sense.
