Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?

Between, it’s not right time to update WP 5.5, it still has some issues. Wait atleast 30 days to be it stable.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the fast response.
Hmmm, I have already updated to WordPress 5.5.
How do I roll back now ?

Do you have backup at hosting? If so, then restore to old version.

I see no fatal errors from today. I see woocomerce report show wcfm marketplace has not been tested with 4.3 ?

By the way, switching themes fixes the issue. I am using Rehub latest 11.6

Yes I made a db back up ! Do you mean database back up only or full ?

Possibly your theme not yet compatible with latest wp version.

    – WCFM already compatible with latest WP and WooCommerce. Possibly your versions are old.

    Apologies,

Wcfm for elementor extension out of date !

I have just restored my back up to before I updated and it looks as it did before, however I get the same issue. Rehub theme is 100% conflicting with your plugin. Default 2020 theme has no such issue.

I have now rolled back again to 2 days ago and same problem..

Rehub theme is 100% conflicting with your plugin.

    – Does theme released any recent update?

Can you please contact theme support for this as this theme provides direct compatibility with WCFM from theme core.

    Hello,
After extensive testing and deactivating all plugins I found it is Elementor is infact the cause conflicting with your plugin. For some unknown reason in elementor full width template causes settings menus disappear but full canvas works ! It always worked fine before.

Please do some tests to see for yourself.

    Thanks

Honestly, I am not very sure about this. We have to test this.

But we always recommend not to edit WCFM “Store Manager” page template using Elementor, this may cause many issues.

Elementor templates are mainly for display purpose, not for functionality.

Well there are no error in logs in woocommerce and I keep finding more issues with the frontend manager.
It is now obvious there is a conflict with elementor, but it does not make sense you developed a special plugin for the store page (which btw is also buggy) but dont make the frontend manager fully compatible with elementor ? Every page is styled with elementor and therefore must have continuity…

    1. I got setting menus back. I deleted Elementor page with frontend manager on it. I created a NEW WORDPRESS PAGE AND SIMPLY PUT THE frontend manager shortcode in regular shortcode block.

    New Issues **
    2.Menu Manager items wont save.
2.b Rehub vendor links dont appear as they did before. Clearing browser Cache does nothing at all.

This is getting very frustrating because I’ve not had these issues before.

    – You may design dashboard page header/footer using Emelementor. But dashboard element can not be edited using Elementor.

WCFM is a addon for WooCommerce, not for Elementor.

    2.Menu Manager items wont save.

    – Is other settings are saving properly?

Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?

Also check in Google Chrome Browser console, is there any JavaScript error happening to the site or not! (What is browser console – https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/232313848-How-to-open-the-developer-console)

    – This is theme issue.

Hmmm, I already said I’ve rolled back days ago.

    1. I also told you, I am using Elementor pro to style my pages and frontend manager shortcode is simply added in shortcode block in its normal untouched state. Understand ? I have been doing it this way for over a year without issues.

    2. There are no errors in console or woo logs.

How can you resolve issues after 10 messages of me repeatedly telling you the same thing ?

Possibly some JavaScript error happening to your site.
