For manager type users, wordfence is blocking these users from editing some plugins, such as, “Discount Rules for WooCommerce
By Flycart.” When trying to make any edits, an error message appears, or ajax does not load.

And in wordfence appears the message that a possible IP could be an intruder, and it was blocked. And even putting wordfence in learning mode, it doesn’t learn, I’ve put it in learning mode several times, and nothing happens, it always blocks for manager type users.

Hi @euclidesfreiresa, thanks for getting in touch.

From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions with the specific user levels that were causing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.

https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/ is an amazing resource for learning more about the WAF and learning mode.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

Yes, I had already done this process, but it didn’t work.

I’ve found that for some reason, it’s necessary that for the type of user is set to the capabilities “delete_users”, otherwise if it’s not set it gives the error.
