ManageWp Support was Incredible

I feel silly for not having discovered this plugin earlier, as I look after multiple sites at once.

I had an issue that i could tell was less about the plugin and more about the WordPress setup, but the help and support I received without even having bought the pro version, was incredible.

They helped me over 3 days and my issue changed hands to 3 different support guys, all of which knew exactly my issue – no re-explaining necessary.

They had several options I could try and when none of these worked, they stepped in and even did some coding for me.

In the end they actually fixed a problem i was convinced was unfixable.
