Managing file attachment w/Contact Form 7

I’ve setup a Contact Form 7 w/image upload on my WP site, but need to somehow send the image attachments to an ftp site…or at least to store them somewhere on my WP site. I’ve found these instructions: https://contactform7.com/file-uploading-and-attachment/ However, I do not have a Miscellaneous Settings as it describes, for some reason… How else might I manage where the uploaded images go went sent by users of the website?
