    Hello,
I use this plugin and I’m very happy with it. However, I have a problem. I want three different people to be able to manage their own appointments and availability. I use the ‘members’ plugin as you recommend. However, it seems impossible to give access only to the ‘appointment types’ or to display only the appointments of the concerned employee. How can I do this?
    Thanks a lot !
    Lionel

Hi @lionelipacs thanks for getting in touch. Our custom capabilities with the Members plugin should let you control who can edit settings, who can edit appointment types, and who can manage the list of appointments. Some screenshots and details here: https://simplyscheduleappointments.com/guides/using-members-plugin/#setting-the-role-permissions

In our basic edition, we don’t really have a concept of individual users. But the business edition does have a built-in role for “Team Member” which allows someone to log in and see only the appointments assigned to them. They can also manage their working hours and connect a Google Calendar so that their personal calendar events aren’t booked over. Editing of the appointment types is global though, so you’d need to set up a global appointment type like “Sales Call” and then assign team members to it.

Please let us know if you have any other questions!

Not a very good solution but I managed by not displaying the first two buttons in CSS and only leaving the ‘types of appointments’
